Explores the theological and anthropological meaning and significance of the “person” and the “place” he/she occupies in God’s creation. A theology of individuality, identity, and community will be developed vis-à-vis the imago dei in the service of the missio dei.
An introductory course to demographic data which will explore source of data, collection of data , and subsequent evaluation. It will utilize publically available data to examine population characteristics and common health status measures (crude birth rate, infant mortality rates, fertility rate, mortality rate etc.)

This is an introductory course where the students will begin to comprehend the concept of assessing data, and analysis of survey and population data. Students will be able to identify types of survey, do simple analysis, provide graphical representations of analysis and interpret results of analysis
In order to understand and relate to people we need to consider the 'populations' that they come from. This course will cover contemporary population trends in developed and developing countries and identify the causes and consequences of population change.
