Our faculty training will equip you with the knowledge and skills to know how to develop online courses with learning management systems. By combining an understanding of Bloom's Taxonomy and the Missional Competency Framework, you will learn how to create world-class online courses. We adhere to the “Quality Matters” rubric in course development.

Work with other faculty, practitioners, and students applying research and development.

Our faculty have the opportunity to participate in centers and institutes that approach a specific topic area of interest from an interdisciplinary perspective. Together with practitioners in the field, faculty and students develop academic papers, portfolios, poster presentations, and workshops that are made available to the global missional community.

Enhance professional speaking abilities through opportunities at Missional Events.

Missional University is part of the large missional ecosystem of Missional International. Through these connections, faculty have opportunities to speak at online iMOOT conferences. Faculty also speak at the MU Conference Center speaking at colloquiums and symposiums.

Expand your CV through publishing with Missional Press.

Missional Press publishes resources related to missional theology, missional practice, contextual awareness, intercultural focus, practical missional ethos, and experiential learning.

Expand your influence through creating your own 0nline Radio or TV program

As part of the Missional International ecosystem, faculty may develop their own program on Missional Radio or Missional TV. In addition to regular broadcast, these presentations may become of the curated missional podcasts and vblogs sponsored by Missional International.
