Nurturing Community<\/h2>\n

The Chaplain's office\u00a0fosters\u00a0community. Now it's hard in a digital age. It's hard when you don't have a chance\u00a0to shake hands and hug and being each
\nother's presence physically but I\u00a0believe through the use of technology we\u00a0can do a lot to build community and one\u00a0of the key ways that we're starting to
\nbuild community now is our\u00a0regular Chapel gatherings.<\/p>\n

We gather for a time\u00a0of sharing a time of prayer a time of\u00a0encouragement and a time of learning\u00a0from one another. Let me give you a\u00a0couple quick highlights of some\u00a0information that I that we want you to\u00a0know about. One is that we will be having\u00a0Chapel every month.\u00a0 It's\u00a0the kind of thing where you can drop in during an hour and a half -- you certainly don't have\u00a0to stay online that entire time\u00a0 -- but if\u00a0you could drop in for a few minutes\u00a0maybe share per concern or offer a\u00a0prayer for something that you're\u00a0aware of and our family will be\u00a0delighted to have you join us.<\/p>\n

These\u00a0sessions are being recorded so you can\u00a0go back at a later time listen to the\u00a0narrative and see some of the PowerPoint\u00a0information that I'll be providing. I'm\u00a0also working on providing regular office hours so that if you want to just drop\u00a0by and visit for a little bit. You'll be\u00a0able to know that at
\nthat hour on that day I will be online. I'm certainly available\u00a0through email to set up and make contact\u00a0with me. My email address for Missional University is ssmith@missional.university.<\/p>\n
