Building Christian Homeschool Foundations

Why Christian Homeschool Education?

This microcredential empowers Christian home educators to build biblically-grounded, academically excellent homeschools that prepare children for participating in God's mission. Participants gain essential skills in curriculum design, teaching methods, and educational planning while grounding their approach in Scripture and the missio Dei—God's redemptive work in the world.

Home educators learn to navigate legal requirements, select appropriate resources, and implement effective instructional strategies across all subjects. The program equips parents to articulate a compelling Christian homeschool vision that integrates faith formation with academic rigor, ensuring children develop both knowledge and Christ-like character.

By completing this microcredential, homeschool parents transform from uncertain beginners into confident, purposeful educators who understand their vital role in discipleship. They learn to create learning environments where children encounter God's truth, develop critical thinking skills, and discover their unique calling in advancing God's kingdom. This professional development strengthens Christian home education and prepares the next generation for missional living.
